Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Green Nation Life "Winter Warm-Up" Buy 2, Get 1 Free promotion. By participating in the promotion, you agree to these terms.
1. Promoter
The promotion is conducted by Stirling & Hinds Pty Ltd (ABN 96 638 020 176) trading as Green Nation Life ("we", "us", "our"), operator of greennationlife.com.au.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Monday 13 July 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 16 August 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Orders must be placed within the Promotion Period to qualify.
3. The Offer
During the Promotion Period, when you purchase any two (2) eligible products in a single transaction, you will receive a third eligible product free of charge. The free product will be the lowest-priced eligible item in your cart. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no promotional code is required.
4. Eligible Products
The offer applies to full-priced products in the following ranges only, as available at greennationlife.com.au during the Promotion Period:
- Soy Wax Candles
- Air Fresheners
- Room & Linen Sprays
Eligible products may be mixed and matched across these ranges.
5. Exclusions
The offer does not apply to gift cards, shipping charges, or products outside the ranges listed above. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional code, or offer unless we expressly state otherwise.
6. Multiple Redemptions
The offer may be redeemed more than once per transaction: for every three (3) eligible products in the cart, the lowest-priced item of each group of three will be free.
7. Availability
The offer is available for online purchases at greennationlife.com.au only, while stocks last. Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil an order because stock is exhausted, you will be offered a substitute of equivalent value or a refund of any amount paid.
8. Returns & Refunds
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If you return part of a qualifying purchase for change of mind (where our standard returns policy allows), the free item forms part of the transaction and any refund will be calculated on the discounted transaction value; we may require the free item to be returned. Where a product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, your Australian Consumer Law remedies apply in full and are unaffected by this promotion.
9. Changes to the Promotion
We may vary, suspend, or end this promotion earlier than the closing date where it is reasonably necessary to do so — including in the event of technical failures, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or abuse, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any change will be published on this page and will not affect orders already placed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our decisions concerning the conduct of this promotion are final.
10. Fraud & Abuse
We may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe involve fraud, resale, automated purchasing, or manipulation of the offer mechanics. Where we cancel an order under this clause, amounts paid will be refunded.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
