1. The Promoter
This promotion is offered by Stirling & Hinds Pty Ltd (ABN 96 638 020 176) trading as Green Nation Life, of Victoria, Australia ("we", "us", "our").

2. Promotion Period
The Spring Refresh promotion ("Promotion") runs from 12:00 AM AEST on Tuesday 1 September 2026 to 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday 27 September 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Orders must be completed and payment successfully processed within the Promotion Period to qualify. An order is taken to be completed at the time payment is confirmed by our payment provider, not at the time items are added to a cart.
Items remaining in a cart, wishlist, or abandoned checkout at the end of the Promotion Period will revert to full price. We will not honour promotional pricing after the Promotion Period ends.
3. The Offer
During the Promotion Period, 20% off applies to selected products across our candle, diffuser and air freshener ranges ("Promotional Products").
The discount is applied as a marked-down price displayed on the product and collection pages. No discount code is required. The price shown at checkout is the price payable.
Where a price is displayed with a strikethrough (for example, $24.95 $19.96), the strikethrough price is the price at which we offered that product for sale immediately before the Promotion Period commenced.
4. Promotional Products
The Promotion applies only to the following products:

5. Exclusions
The Promotion does not apply to:
- Gift sets, duos, trios and any other bundled or multi-product packs, which are already sold at a combined price
- Hand wash, hand cream, cleaning products and laundry products
- Any product not listed in clause 4 above
- Gift cards
- Shipping charges, which are calculated separately at checkout
- Orders placed before or after the Promotion Period
6. Combining with Other Offers
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotional offer, or loyalty benefit unless we expressly state otherwise.
Where a discount code is entered at checkout, our system will apply whichever discount is more favourable to you. Discounts will not compound.
Free standard shipping on Australian orders over AUD $100 continues to apply and is calculated on the discounted order total.
7. Availability
All Promotional Products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any particular product will remain in stock for the duration of the Promotion Period.
Where a product becomes unavailable, we may remove it from the Promotion without notice. We are not obliged to provide rain checks, substitutes, or back-orders.
8. Orders, Pricing and Errors
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
While we take care to ensure pricing is accurate, errors occasionally occur. If we identify a pricing or product description error affecting your order, we will contact you before dispatch and offer you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling your order for a full refund. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where we reasonably suspect the Promotion is being used fraudulently, for commercial resale, or in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
9. Returns and Refunds
Our standard Returns Policy applies to all products purchased during the Promotion.
Where a Promotional Product is returned, any refund will be for the discounted amount actually paid, not the original recommended retail price.
Where a refund relates to part of an order, we will refund the discounted amount paid for the returned item(s).
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, guarantee, warranty or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Discounted or sale items are covered by the same consumer guarantees as full-priced items.
10. Shipping
Standard shipping rates and delivery timeframes apply as set out in our Shipping Policy.
Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders over AUD $100 after the promotional discount has been applied.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Changes to the Promotion
We may vary, suspend or end the Promotion at any time where it is reasonably necessary to do so — for example, due to technical failure, stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where we do so, we will not change the terms applying to orders already completed and paid for.
The Promotion end date will not be extended.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
If you subscribe to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 9, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Promotion is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
