Shipping policy

Australia – Standard Delivery

Spend $100 or more and you’ll get free standard shipping.

$100 or less? Standard shipping charged at a flat rate of $15.00 AUD.
Orders are sent via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 business days.

Australia – Express

Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20.00 AUD.
Orders are sent via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days.

Regular delivery timeframes – Australia

Regular orders: 2-7 business days for delivery.
Express orders: 1-3 business days for delivery.

Local Pickup

Pickup is available from our warehouse in Dandenong South, Victoria 3175 during Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. Simply choose the "Pickup" option at checkout. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours. 

Tracking Orders

Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order “has left the building!”
